• Our store offers adorable outfits for your lovely plush toys. We strive to provide size references for various plush toys, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee sizing for all plush models. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out, and we will do our best to assist you!

Returns and Refunds

• We can only accept returns and issue refunds in the following cases:
• The product was damaged before shipping or the wrong item was sent. 
• If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or ill-fitting item, please contact us with photos within 7 days.
• We do not offer exchanges. Depending on the order, we will provide a return or refund option.

Non-Eligible Returns or Exchanges

• Sale items are excluded from the return and refund policy.
