- Our warehouse is located in CA, USA.
- We currently offer shipping ONLY in USA.
Processing and Dispatch:
- All orders are processed within 3 business days pending payment verification.
- Order on Mon-Thu, will do shipping on Friday.
- Order on Fri-Sun, will do shipping on Monday.
- Tracking status may take up to 48 hour to update.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Costs:
- Order under $50 will auto-calculate depends on item weight and your location.
- Free Shipping for orders over $50.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Delivery times may vary based on location.
- Defult provides USPS ground and USPS priority mail.

Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Address Accuracy:
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Why tracking status shows delivered but my package didn't show up?
- Please check your mailbox/front desk first. If you still not see your package please wait for the next day, sometimes USPS will mark package as delivered and do delivery next day.
What do I do if my package is late, damaged or lost?
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or arrive late or damaged due to shipping issues.
- If your shipping including insurance will refund the amount equal or smaller then insurance amount.
