Shipping Locations

Our warehouse is located in California, USA.

  • We offer shipping within the United States
  • We also offer international shipping to selected countries

Available international destinations are shown at checkout.

  • Processing and Dispatch
  • All orders are processed within 3 business days, pending payment verification.
  • Orders placed Monday–Thursday will be shipped on Friday.
    Orders placed Friday–Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs (U.S. Orders)

  • Orders under $50: Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on item weight and destination.
  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination.
  • We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Why does my tracking show “Delivered” but I didn’t receive my package?

  • Please check your mailbox, front desk, or with household members first.
  • Sometimes USPS marks a package as delivered 1 day early.
  • If you do not receive your package after 24 hours, please contact USPS directly.

What if my package is late, damaged, or lost?

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
  • If your shipment includes insurance, any refund will be limited to the insurance coverage amount.

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Canada
  • Germany
  • United Kingdom

International shipping availability is limited to the countries listed above. Orders placed from countries not listed will not be processed.

International Free Shipping

  • Free international shipping on orders over $120 USD
  • Orders under $120 USD will have international shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please note that prices are displayed in your local currency for reference, but the free shipping threshold is based on the USD equivalent at checkout.

Important Notice for International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes required by their country.
These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and we do not collect them in advance.
